Domestic Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Ceciblet! We strive to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please review our Domestic Shipping Policy below for details on how we handle shipping within USA.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within USA. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of our shipping area, please check back in the future, as we may expand our shipping options.
2. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.
- Custom/Personalized Items: If your order includes custom or personalized mugs, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
- After your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.
- Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear after your order has shipped.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Lost Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. If you believe your package was lost, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- Stolen Packages: If you suspect your package was stolen after delivery, please file a police report and contact the carrier immediately. We are unable to replace or refund orders for stolen items unless the delivery was confirmed as an error on our end.
5. Address Accuracy
It is important that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at borqueda17@gmail.com to correct it before shipment.
6. Shipping Issues
If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delayed deliveries or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering replacements for damaged items (if applicable) or helping you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Damaged Items: If your mug is damaged during shipping, please email us with a photo of the damaged item and its packaging within 7 days of receiving it, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a return and exchange at no extra charge.
7. Shipping Restrictions
While we strive to offer fast and reliable shipping, certain restrictions may apply:
- Remote Areas: Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times or higher shipping fees. If this applies to your address, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Weather Delays: During severe weather events (e.g., snowstorms, hurricanes), delivery times may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant shipping delays.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to return or exchange items. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
